Waiting time wasn’t bad they were very quick and helped you with glasses and choosing the best ones for you. Kashena was very helpful and she had great customer service for the process of purchasing new glasses.
I had the Hoonor of being helped by Mrs. Teresa at the Conroe location. She was very Helpful, Professional and Polite. The ease of my experience with Mrs. Teresa was delightful! It was great to have been able to have her work with ne. She went well above and beyond her duties to service me. I'd recommend her any day.

location is amazing! First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and professional.
They did a thorough examination and gave top notch care to my daughter and I. Then once we got to che k out, there was an issue with my insurance. Kashena, and Taquea (manager) stayed until closing trying to figure out yhe issue. I ended up having to return the next day so I could resolve the insurance problem.
