You get what you pay for! And what is get is well worth every single cent!!!! My first time ever getting my lashes done by Tia room five (if I get the name wrong, I’m sorry. Terrible with names.) and she was so nice and polite. She did an amazing job I loved them so much! But unfortunately all my lashes started falling out but it was no ones fault at all. I just have very thin lashes. I called within the three day time limit and they completely re did them free of charge and Jaz in room six re did them for me since she was available and she did an amazing job and she was so nice and helpful ❤️

I love Amazing Lash Studio, they are always willing to help and prioritize their customers.

Based on my experience do NOT book with Samantha, she stacks lashes and it causes overwhelming thickness and pain in the lashes, I didn’t even realize until I was out with another stylist that it was not supposed to be that way. Very disappointing when I love the franchise just didn’t have the right stylist.

I give this place 5 stars for re routing me to a stylist that was able to take all the stacked lashes off and healthily put lashes on with no problem or irritation. I love businesses that are problem solvers and put the clients first.

I’ve been going to ALS for 10 years. Being new to this area, I’ve had a great experience, but this location has by far - been my favorite. Chloe did an amazing job on my lashes last week & took great care of me. In the last year, I’ve developed an allergy to lash glue. She shared some helpful tips to tending to that kind of allergy. With that advice, I’m able to enjoy my lashes again & I’m so grateful to her. I will be back to see Chloe! ❤️
