While visiting my niece for the holidays, my Sister and I decided to get a mani/pedi's. I get mani/pedi's all the time and I have to say this was the best manicure I've ever had. Kimberly was my manicurist and she shaped my nails just like I asked (which not many people can do.) The polish job she did was so good and clean (no polish on my cuticles.) LOVE MY NAILS AND COLOR. The pedicure was great as well! Everyone was so polite and professional. The place is clean and beautiful. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.
I just love these girls. They are sweet and amazing. I gave Amanda a challenge and she passed. I love how my hair turned out. I will definitely come back when I visit Texas again. I highly recommend the color bar.

Normally they say lash extensions last about 3 weeks but I can literally go longer & my lashes still look absolutely amazing. Not only am I getting good quality lash extensions but Megan is just wonderful, she makes me comfortable & the vibe is there.

What a great experience! Ashton and Jen went above and beyond to ask the right questions so they could give me the right cut and color. Finding a new stylist when you move to town is no joke, but they exceeded my expectations and ended my search for a new salon in my new town.
July 2024 UPDATE
Several weeks after this review Cherry, the Manager called me to apologize and tell me the issue had been delt with. She offered me a free haircut from her. I told her that I was on my phone deleting Great Clips data stopping to take her call. I got my free haircut, she did it well, gave a thank you tip. Yesterday I went back for another haircut. Cherry was on leave to help a family member. Kalah (sp) gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time! My 8+ years of loyalty will continue!
May 2024:
Horrible! 1st time having a cut from this older woman. She trimmed my hair. Left it wet combed it all to the front took off the black cape and started walking to the register . I took my comb out and combed my wet hair. She said it's your lucky day , your haircut is $ 8.95. I slipped my card into the machine it came up saying $5.00 was the lowest suggested tip! That's crazy! A five minute haircut would net her $60 in tips plus her salary! I've been going there for 8 years. Guess it's time to move on. Ron Streelman disabled USN Vietnam veteran

Hailey is the most amazing hair stylist! I got exactly what I asked for with a haircut. She was so patient and sweet the whole time and so so easy to talk to. She walked me through every part of the hair cut and made sure several times that I was happy with how my hair was looking. She even went above and beyond to teach me how to curl my own hair. I could not recommend her enough. I loved my haircut so much that I’m coming back to get my hair highlighted in a few weeks.
Scheduled an appointment by calling the main number but the booking got lost or miscommunicated…doesn’t matter because Laura was able to squeeze me in for my hair cut. I have not had one in years and she did a fantastic job and very quickly so that I could go home to my newborn :) thank you Laura!

Especially after having a baby I wanted to feel like myself again and confident and unfortunately I didn’t find that until last night march 8,2024 I met nylette on facebook my heart wanted her and so I went all in with her and let me tell you my heart was happy after so many years I’m glad I finally found someone who I can trust and made me feel beautiful again!! This was my first experience with Just 4 Him Haircuts. Bria cut my hair and exceeded expectations. I would recommend her and this location. The environment was very relaxed. They were welcoming and offered drinks and choice of TV station to watch while you were getting your haircut.

So we use go to the “Man Basics” in old town spring but they closed it. Yet we found this location which is only 10 minutes down 1488 from i45. Location was easy to find and my 2 year old got to even draw on the chalkboard while we waited(: highly recommend- Glow is the one who cut my husbands hair and she did AMAZING! We will definitely be going back.

My son doesn’t like hair cuts. We tried out this barbershop awhile back and loved the barber. My son only requests the beautiful hispanic lady from now on. Sorry I’m terrible with names. She’s amazing! She thins and blends his thick bar so well. I highly recommend The Axe Edge Barbershop.
Best barbers around!! I’ve been getting my hair and beard cut/trimmed by Zac and his people for almost a decade. Everyone they have on a chair knows what they’re doing! If you want a cheap, poorly done quick cut, move on. Everything they do is quality, and you pay a little more for quality. I promise you’ll like the way you look when you walk out of any of their locations. Highly recommend you give them a shot!!

I’m an indecisive individual and Vivian was extremely helpful with suggestions and color choices. I’ve been looking for a new nail tech for quite some time and seems Vivian can do exactly what I need her to do. I’ve become a regular at QB Nails 2 not only for my nails but pedicures as well. Lynn and Nguyen do an AMAZING job on the feet.

This is a small, older and quaint place but they are great! My nails were horrible from another salon and I came here on a whim and I won’t go anywhere else! The prices are lower than anywhere else also, and worth every dang penny!!!
I have been going to this spa since I moved across the street from them and let me tell you I haven't been disappointed yet! Everytime I come back I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and assistance! The atmosphere is super nice everyone is just doing their own thing and relaxing! They can do short nails, long nails and everyone is extremely talented there! I haven't had anyone disappoint me yet. I honestly am super pleased with them and plan on coming back there until I move away.
My mom and I went there by causality. We found very convenient in our way out of HEB. We were impressed by how calm and relaxed it is ones you are inside, and the service and the price unbeatable!. Not rushing to rid off you - wich the way we feel in Nail of America- They were fantastic! And Annie is the best!

Ann is the best she knows my students love to see my fabulous nails and helps me get the cutes newest glitters out there! Do they have the fancy pedicure chairs? Nope; but I also pay SIGNIFICANTLY less than I would pay at any other nail salon in the area. My nails last for weeks when I don't have time to get in. My whole family goes there to get their nails done too and we always leave looking fabulous. My sisters get dip, my mom gets gel nails, and I have acrylic and everyone leaves happy. They also have a card and after a couple visits you get $ off your next visit. Oh and there is so many colors to choose from that they actually have in stock and that can match nails and toes! Just sayin, this place is amazing if you don't require the "free" (not so free cuz you know you actually pay for that) fancy drinks and massage chairs.
Very nice, and made quick work. Very satisfied and happy with my nails. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and never leave disappointed. I'm a female tow truck driver and need my nails done a certain way(thicker) and they never disappoint! At this point, if I break a nail or lose one it's user error. They're always easy to get ahold of, take great care of their customers, and are the only shop I'll ever use!

The only reason I have come back is bcus of the sweet lady that always does my pedicure. But the front lady the boss I guess is who she is always very rude. I asked for a mani pedi and I understand everyone deserves a break. But I could see them just chatting away, when a better paying customer came they took them right away while I still waited for a manicure. Not even a “hey the same lady is doing it” nothing. Off to find a place for my manicure now.

My 2 girls and I got our hair done by Lauren at HBL Salon in the Elite Salon space and were happy with the price and the fabulous hair cuts! I came in with thick, long, curly hair and she gave me new shape to help with the weight and the poof. My daughter 11 with fine straight hair got a glow up with a little layering, face frame and thoroughly enjoyed the hair wash and blow out we weren’t expecting for her! My only complaint is the lack of cozy seating out in the halls where we waited…. and maybe some additional ventilation in the space near nail salons - whew! Such a strong smell. Highly recommend Lauren for a beautiful cut and style - she’s also so sweet!

I have been going to Lizzie for my skin care for 5+ years now. And I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten: “How do you look so young? Your skin is glowing! What do you use on your face? What is your secret?”. Not only does she have a large menu with a variety of options, but she also customizes each facial to each person. This has allowed my skin to really get in a groove and I swear we do something a little different every time!! It’s so relaxing, refreshing & Lizzie is also just a joy of a person to be around. She truly cares about you & your experience. When I travel or go to different day spas, I will try facials every now and then. But they hardly ever measure up or compare to what I get with her. With Lizzie, I never feel rushed or compromised on quality. My skin responds to her products, techniques and care. I am so thankful I tried her out! Coming from an athletic background, I never really put much emphasis on skin care. She encouraged me that my skin is a long-term investment and something to start taking care of early and being consistent with. And I am proof that it absolutely pays off and I’m so thankful that I listened. Do yourself a favor and get on the books!!! Just wanted to say, driving 1 hour and 45 mins was absolutely worth the experience for my Daughters 18th birthday, your shop was clean, we loved that you stand your ground when it comes to mask and a 2 gender restroom and the young lady that did the piercing was an absolute joy to be around, my daughter was terrified and she put her right at ease . Great job on creating such a great environment for people to enjoy. We will make another trip at another time to visit your shop again! 10 out of 10 rating from the two of us!

Sure enough, John and Dillon showed up and went right to work doing an excellent job. Next time I won’t wait so long before I call them because my solid tank was full. Prompt and thorough service! Adam and Alfredo came out to check an issue I’ve had with my dishwasher either not getting enough water or not draining correctly. Because they were able to quickly verify that all the hoses were clear, there were no issues from a plumbing standpoint, and because I had mentioned it was an ongoing issue across two different dishwashers, Adam graciously waived the service charge. So very kind and generous! I will definitely be calling Pilot Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing need!

I've personally had work done by Daniel and I can say he is one of the most honest contractors in Conroe. His work is always top notch while being completed quickly and efficiently. Work I've had done by him ranges from servicing small electrical outlets to getting my shop ready for some heavy machinery along with everything in between.
The worst part about hiring contractors is wondering if you'll ever get someone to return a call, provide an estimate, or show up to do the work. That is not a concern with Joe. He showed up on the same day I called to provide an estimate and had my water well wired up a few days later. Very fast and professional, and in general a good guy.
Their team just installed a whole house generator. Marshall was a great project manager and the crew was very patient with coordinating with Centerpoint. Excellent installation experience. Highly recommend.

Floors for Living is a wonderful company to work with. My experience started off with some worry but Ryan immediately put my installation back on track and everything went according to my schedule. The flooring team was exceptional. They helped move everything out and back in very carefully. We worked with Kris at Color Interiors in Magnolia TX. I needed to replace over 3000 sqft of carpet. I wanted a high-quality nylon carpet with a subtle pattern that did not show too much foot traffic. Kris diligently worked with me as we met multiple times until we found the right carpet. We looked at many samples and he educated me on the face weight, fibers, and backing of each carpet. He also went above and beyond and dropped off and picked up samples from my home! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. The installation was also exceptional! Braulio and his crew were amazing. Our carpet seams look great! Back in December had the floor re-done wall to wall... This CREW came out and that feeling you get is (great these guys) we had to stay at a bnb for 5 days. Not safe for my furbabies or us. continuous breaking, with many repairs, I haven't found anyone that can replace the work that I received there.

CONROE SMILES (not to be confused with a newer clinic with a similar name that confused me for a half a minute) has the best staff with the best "bedside manner". Ok, it's "chairside" manner, but everyone makes you feel comfortable, explains what is happening and answers questions in ways anyone can understand, and takes all the time you need to talk about your care. I have had several "emergencies", and they got me in quickly to help ease the pain until further treatment could be scheduled. I appreciate them so much!

We started seeing Dr. Eulitt back in- I believe 2015. Their office is incredibly caring, and genuinely take the time to really listen to whatever ailments you may have. In fact, our whole family went. We have been empty nesters since 2017 and even though we moved downtown Houston, we continued our drive back to Conroe to see our favorite Doc. In 2018 both my husband and I got Stem cell therapy. My hips and his knees. Within 4-6 months we were pain free! No surgery. My husband is still pain free! We moved to Florida in 2022 and still go back to for a correction when we visit our kids. My right hip was bothering me again since the long drive to Florida and we stopped in for our summer fix. Dr. Eulitt hooked me up with the new A2M procedure. I'm excited to see how it works out. As in stem cell, I know it isn't immediate relief and it takes time, strengthening and stretching as well as a good diet to make it all work together. I have a chiropractor in Florida. But I'm telling you, he can't hold a candle to Dr. Eulitt AND his incredible staff (Amy). Do not give it a second thought. Make your appointment and change your life. If you live in the Conroe area...consider yourself very fortunate. They are the best!

UPDATE: **So after sending an email to their generic email address, someone contacted me within 30 min. Her name was Kathy, and she was very understanding. Even though she was in a more "centralized" office in Sugarland and not at Conroe, she still escalated my problem. She did not have to, but she did. By the end of the day, I received an email back from a manager, Alyson. It was evident by her email that she spent a considerable amount of time to research the issue and where all the break down points were that created the issue. She resolved the problem. Being self pay, she also reached out to the pathology company, to ensure that I would be billed at the self pay price. This was something extra that she didn't have to do, but did. Both of these ladies were exceptional with their customer service, and earned back several of those lost stars.**
Good luck with billing... I was quoted a price over the phone for self pay, when I arrived, staff was friendly, they were very timely with the appointment. Doctor was nice. I paid in full at the time of my visit. After leaving the office, I would have given them 5 stars based on the visit... HOWEVER, I have been continually getting an additional bill on top of what I was quoted AFTER I was told that day I had PAID IN FULL. I also received an extra bill from the pathology company that was not expected. Part of the reason I chose this place was that they seemed so up front about self pay pricing. Unfortunately, that is not the case. My biggest reason for knocking off 3 stars is that NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE when you have a billing issue. I have been trying for 3 WEEKS to resolve this issue. No one answers the phone... I do not have this much time available to keep trying to resolve this. So I guess if you have insurance, you're fine, but if you're self pay, expect lots of extra bills and no one to answer your call.
Staff and doctor were great and very caring. We have 2 elderly dogs and they spent all the time we needed to get proper test performed and questions answered. They informed us we did not need certain test (so we spent less) as they would not alter treatment plans. Highly recommend!

This Vet is amazing. I had a rough start to my day yesterday bringing my dog to another vet that refused to treat her. We call Tender Paws and they get her in immediately. I waited a few minutes and they already brought us back and started taking care of my girl. They worked with me on the costs and doing everything they could with what they had to work with. Every vet is expensive, but they did their best to help me to afford all the necessary care she needs. They were so kind to me and kept checking on me making sure I didn't have questions. My girl is staying here for a couple days because she's really sick, and they have already called twice with amazing updates. They truly care about their patients and animals that they treat and have even prayed over my girl and I. And we are new patients as well. Thank you Jesus for this wonderful staff!

I’ve been using Paw Wow’s services for a couple years now and I highly recommend them. My little guy has been traumatized by past groomers (not Paw Wow) who were in a rush and hurt him- on accident. I stopped by the Healthy Spa yesterday to try and get some relief from sore/tight neck and back muscles. Too much computer/desk work causes me soreness that just won't go away on its own. I found the Healthy Spa to be very clean, comfortable and quiet. Linda did a great job to relieve my muscle soreness and was very courteous and professional. I will definitely go again. You must go by and try a session with her if you have any aches and pains or just to treat yourself for an hour of relaxation.

If you are looking for a true therapeutic type massage and not to be pet like A bichon frisé this is the place for you! Tu is the name of lady who massaged me and I don't have a single complaint other than that they aren't open later, but their hours are very normal!

Mitzi is amazing! I've been going to her for several years now . Initially, I went to her for electrolysis for gray hairs that laser wouldn't get and then decided to try one of her facials. Really helps my skin! I have occasional breakouts, and her facials help them disappear and minimize my pores. She has a package price for facials, which is extremely reasonable! It's now been 3-4 years I've seen her, and my aging skin looks great!
On a whim, I walked into this place just wanting to do something nice for myself. “It’s my birthday,” I think. “Go for a 90 minute massage, hot stones..the works!” I tell you, Lili leads me to a room, very petite and soft spoken. I’m wondering if she is going to be able to really work on my knots. Holy moly! That woman is STRONG! Even more so, you can tell she is experienced and can really target your problem areas.
