My parents' compressor fan failed early Sunday morning. This was a serious concern due to health issues and a forecasted high of 104 degrees. We called around 0730 and the technician was on site about an hour later. He quickly found the issue and had the AC running in no time. I felt the price was very reasonable considering an early Sunday call out with a fan motor replacement. He even did a little welding to reuse the existing fan. I did have him order a new fan and he will install it later in the week. Very impressed with the service!I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We were all tucked in for a relaxing Friday evening movie night when my wife told me that we had water coming out of the east side of our house. I grudgingly got out of my comfortable chair and check out the leak she was talking about. It was a leak from a secondary condensate pan which means that the primary was clogged up! We have a maintenance agreement with an HVAC company is San Antonio but this was a Friday night and I knew nobody was going to answer the phone. My wife's cousin who lives in Comfort told us to call Total HVACR services. Lo and behold, they work weekends! We told them the problem and they said someone was going to come and fix the problem the following day - Saturday! The guys showed up, told me the primary drain was clogged and he was going to fix it so it won't happen again. That kind of service is unheard of these days. What a wonderful company to have in Comfort, TX! We loved what they did so much, they are going to do the HVAC maintenance from now on. So, support your local businesses folks! They are just as capable and efficient as the big outfits in the city!
