Great Experience. Smaller, Colleyville-based company. I got lucky. The owner was the on-call tech on Saturday. They came out quickly for my non-cooling AC in July. Transparent in the diagnosis and repairs. Fairly priced. Highly recommended.
We have been using Veterans AC since we moved to Texas in 2020. They have always been good to us, and when we have a problem, they get out to us quickly. Veterans AC has great rates, and they only recommend what you need, not the upsell.
Their service contract is definitely worth it too.
All of the techs are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. That said, Matt is our absolute favorite.
This is an outstanding company with great service, and we highly recommend them.
Very kind and helpful staff. Called to schedule a maintenance appointment (to learn where my furnace filters are and how to change them). The receptionist was able to confirm they could work on my two systems and Jesus was quick and answered my questions on site. (He also wore boot covers inside the house, which was a nice extra touch.)
