The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, and they treat everyone like family. Special shout out to Ashley for the best bath and blow out in town. Petbar is highly recommended for its cleanliness, professionalism, and efficient service. My current experience is with Todd, the groomer of choice for many. He made the fur babies look elegant and gorgeous. The facility itself is spotless and inviting, and the services are affordable.
My current experience is with TODD, and is the groomer of choice for my 3 dogs. TODD is new to me at PetBar and I thought I would give him a try on my 2 doodles and Chinese Crescent Powder Puff. When I received my doodles, Todd walked out with them and they were gorgeous. I hope Todd Stays at PetBar Colleyville forever…. I loved the way he groomed them…. My fur babies were elegant. I went to PetBar for the first time today after reading on Colleyville Moms about what a great job they do with Doodles. I was greeted immediately by Steve, the Owner, and got a FULL tour of the facility. After showing pictures and having a full discussion of expectations with Taylor, I felt super confident in leaving my Doodle there for her grooming. About 2 hours later, I went to pick her up, and she looked absolutely PERFECT. I am picky about her haircuts, and Taylor delivered exactly what I wanted. Steve came back out and made sure that I was happy, as he was excited about showing her to me! I highly, highly recommend PetBar. It’s convenient, quick, and they delivered exactly what I asked for. Everyone was personable, happy, and all the dogs that I saw mid-groom during my tour were happy and looked great. Glad to recommend them!!
What a wonderful concept you have! I purchased the membership for my two dogs and love the idea of keeping them washed in between normal grooming appointments. Your staff is very friendly and the services have been top notch. I have used a groomer for years that did a great job but my dogs were there all day long and it stressed them out a little bit. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness to my two little boys. Great job! The picture is today’s wash & fluff, in between our normal full grooming appointment. They were there for 30 minutes and look adorable!
