Highly recommend. I am selling my home and inspector said we need a new roof. Michael come over right away and confirmed what the inspection said. He came back to meet the insurance adjustor and make sure everything was identified. He scheduled the work in less than a week in order to meet closing timeline. It was an awesome experience and I would definitely use again! Also family owned and operated. Love supporting local businesses.

I cannot begin to tell you what a great roofing company this is! Jon Myers is outstanding on every level! He is everything you want and need in customer service, skill, ability and knowledge! He will take great care of you and go the extra mile! You can tell that he is not only highly skilled in his areas of expertise but someone who works that hard has to truly love what he does! Despite all the usual barriers that might appear in this type of work, I had no fear because he not only took care of it but handled it in such a confident and efficient manner and succeeded in making it all work out!

I couldn't be happier with my new roof!!!
I knew it was about time to replace my roof. I received a referral for K and M Services from a friend.
Daniel Cheney was their representative.
He was quite knowledgeable and took me through each step so that I understood what they were going to be doing and how long it was going to take. The workers were fantastic. They replaced my roof in a day. They even updated the quality of my shingles at no extra cost to me or my insurance company. By doing so, it actually helped reduce my insurance costs. Thanks Daniel!! And they even left my yard spotless.
