I just wanted to share what an awesome yoga practice Sherry Thompson has in Southlake, Texas. I have attended her yoga class for several months and the change in my life is incredible. For the majority of my 62 years I have not slept well. I mean I never have a restful night. For the past several months I am actually sleeping all night long and feel rested for the first time in so many years. I believe with all my heart this is directly related to Sherry Thompson and her yoga practice. She knows how to explain the mind body connection like no other. Thank you for all you do for me and the others attending your class.
