She does an amazing job every single time her work is so natural, ( which is what I was looking for) clean, and beautiful. One thing I really appreciate about Doan is how genuine and kind she is. She truly cares about her clients, and it shows.

Something I absolutely love is that she always charges me the same price, even if it’s been two or three weeks since my last appointment no surprise fees like other places. Booking with her is super easy, and if something comes up, you can cancel or reschedule without being charged, which is rare and so appreciated. Plus, she’s incredibly fast without ever compromising on quality.

“This was my first visit to BrowGenius and it did not disappoint! Rachel was great! I am a little claustrophobic and she was patient and explained the experience. I went in for my first Brow Lift and tint and also a brow wax. Rachel's communication was great via text and appointment was on time. He suite is super comfortable with cooling fan and blanket it you need it, along with some relaxing music. My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! I went in today for second process and she adjusted her routine -took some tape off-and did things a little differently to accommodate my needs and it worked! Highly recommend!“

I know that there is a bit of a language barrier, but I have never had a problem with showing them exactly exactly what I want pointing out anything that I don’t like right then and there and they have no attitude problem giving me what I want.
