We have always received 5 star service from our Custom Turf technicians. I will say they are the only company that we’ve hired to do a job and they have over delivered and performed and we have stuck with from the get go! Doesn't matter what service it is these days. it's rare to really get what was promised. You will never regret adding Custom Turf to your family. Thanks EV1.
Several years ago, when I first started using CTS, I would have rated them 5 Stars+ The owner and his top technician did an amazing job of turning our lawn around ( it was in pretty rough shape), and keeping it in tip-top condition. It looked great and I literally raved about them to friends and family.Sadly, I had to let them go last week. The quality of their work result and customer service sank so fast and so low that they left me no alternative:o They stopped answering the phone and responding to voicemail messages in a timely manner. I have used CTS for past 2 years, going on 3 years. I must say the yard always looks great. They do a good job and techs are knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for any better. Very pleased.Service: Weed control
