If you’ve never done float therapy now is the time!! As someone who has never been able to float in a pool without sinking, the float tub was the coolest experience! To start, the girl at the front desk was super sweet and explained how the whole experience worked since it was my first time. They provide shampoo and body wash to take a pre-shower before getting in the tub, as well as ear plugs to keep the salt water out of your ears. We all know that’s the worst! After the shower, you can float in the tub for either 60 or 90 minutes. Highly recommend booking the longer session! I came in today for a 90 minute bath, it was a great experience and I would 10/10 do it again. When I first got in I felt like my muscles were pretty tight, but after about 30 minutes they were noticeably a lot more mobile and relaxed. It’s also a great way to meditate as the music keeps you calm and helps to give you mental clarity and focus.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! Everyone was so kind, the atmosphere was gorgeous! Phenomenal customer service. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was THE best Swedish massage I've had a d the IR sauna was so relaxing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
