“Sam is prompt in all communication and came to do the work when he promised. Sam was thorough and clear with the plan and his crew executed exactly as planned. The crew chief communicated clearly to walk through the plan prior to starting work. The crew worked efficiently, all with safety gear on and using ropes to direct where limbs fell when needed to avoid the brick patio and fire pit. They cleaned up all leaves and branches and completed work in a timely manner. This was an outstanding experience with getting trees removed and trimmed!“
