“I’ve had PT several times over prob 30years, too many to count. And to count how many times my pain truly got better will be easy…none. I’m sure it’s helped ‘strengthen my core’ & many things, stretching etc but why I really work so hard at any form of PT is to make the pain better.Meeting Ashley and spending just ONE visit w/her has helped Both my arthritic shoulders so much I almost don’t believe it’s true. I went to see her as insurance requirement before shoulder replacement & I’ve even waited a couple of weeks to make sure it’s really true. I’ve received help for this for 3 years. Because of her due diligence she showed & taught me stretches I’d never tried for this and just how hard to push, etc. I’ve made them worse many times for stretching too hard & the wrong way; which I wouldnt have understood unless Ashley was so thorough and knowledgeable about her stuff! Obviously I can’t rate her high enough. The rest of Inspire looks really good, too. But I couldn’t give a proper review as I was only there once & only in her room.(Sorry for the length of my 1st review, I think ever, but Ashley deserves it & so do y'all).
