My experiences with Tom Lyne/Benjamin Franklin plumbing could not have been better. They've been prompt -- even have arrived early. Plumbers Leo and Colton checked my home for what I feared might be a burst pipe. It wasn't, but they found the reason for leakage, patiently explained the problem and how they would fix it and got it repaired. The charge was much less than I anticipated, too. They even played with my dog a few minutes after they completed their work. I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with their work. Hopefully, I won't need them again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call.

Haven't received any services from this company. What I can say is that whoever the driver is in the white pickup certainly does not need to be on the road. Got cut off by this j*** today who wasn't even using a blinker, so naturally I honked at him thinking he was swerving into the lane, he proceeds to get in my turning lane last minute putting him, myself and the cars behind me bumper to bumper. If he would have pressed his break fully to stop, there's no way I would have been able to safely navigate the situation nor the people behind me. Driver proceeded to follow me onto the highway 290 and literally ride the back of my compact car without a foot of room to spare if I needed to break. I guess this is his way of 'showing' me since I honked at him? None the less, very immature employee if not the person who runs this company. I showed that I was recording him with my camera in case he did hit my car, and I suppose that's when the driver realized it's not too bright to act drive like an a****** in a company car... woth the companys name and number on it. Hope whoever runs this company was not that immature, reckless driver, and that this person does not hurt anyone, or put anyone else in dangerous situations like I was today...

I cannot explain what an unexpected surprise it was to have such sweet, professional people in our home to help plumb our entire house. We bought our home less than a year ago and dealing with multiple insurance companies was terrible. But Brent, Matt, Trevor and the rest of the crew that came to our house did a fantastic job. They explained everything thoroughly, and worked so hard to get our water back up and running. This is what customer service should be. I would be proud to have any of these men back in my home. Thank you all for your professionalism and caring for my family. You all feel like friends now!
