Can't trust and they will screw your over dad not follow up. Stay away from them and go elsewhere

My son is a active duty army officer with two combat tours, one in Afghanistan and one in Iraq. Imagine his excitement when he got and ROTC assignment in Aggieland...yes, he is an Aggie. This small family of four (two daughters and a son on the way) used Larry Isham as their Realtor nd contracted on a cute little house in Bryan. Larry screwed them over....Royally. Behind their back he worked a higher offer for the seller and pulled the rug out from under this military family on closing day. David Shellenberger was exceptional! My family needed to find property that suited all three of us and we each couldn't be more different. Because of David's enthusiasm for keeping tabs on the latest in what's available and his perseverance in seeing the deal through, we got 10 acres of land with a 1 acre pond in the perfect spot that appealed to all of us. I'm slow in writing this review, but even almost one year later I'm very grateful for what we have. If we have the opportunity to expand our property in the future, we'll be back!!
