A bright spot through such a difficult circumstance was the guidance and compassion at Hillier. We had a great experience with Madison, who communicated so well and seamlessly. I think she and I texted or talked on the phone nearly every day for a couple weeks! We had a few hiccups that popped up with death certificates and insurance, and Madison and the team at Hillier handled it quickly and with ease. They truly offered us the best guidance as we navigated an unexpected death, while also offering space to move through our grief in our own way. I highly recommend Madison and the entire Hillier team. During the most difficult time in our lives after the tragic loss of our son, Elijah, Madison went above and beyond to be supportive of us and walk us through the entire process. She was able to gently walk us through the difficult decisions of how we could best honor Elijah. Her calm and empathetic demeanor was a literal God send and I will forever be grateful.
Nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service from beginning to end. Madison and her staff were impeccable. It’s not fair I’m only allowed 5 stars because the staff’s service truly deserves more. I appreciated the overwhelming compassion and care my family was shown in one of life’s most tragic moments. It will always be appreciated and remembered.
