Austin did a great job responding in a timely manner, assessing the damages, and installing fans. The team did repair work very well, including cleaning up after themselves. The guys were super in getting carpets and walls dried with no further damage, using expert knowledge and equipment. They are professional to say the least. They are very pleased with the asbestos/popcorn removal on ceilings, a huge job where they were able to accommodate furniture in the rooms. The ceilings look amazing and health issues are no longer a worry with the asbestos abated. They did every single surface including closets and soffits.
Austin did a great job responding in a timely manner. Our issue was late in the evening on a Friday. Austin came to our house, close to midnight, to assess the damages and install fans. He was back early on Saturday for a more thorough install. Then, their team did the repair work very well, including cleaning up after themselves.
I am very pleased with the asbestos/popcorn removal on my ceilings. It was a HUGE job as all of my furniture had to be removed from each room as they worked. Other companies i called refused the job unless all furniture was removed from the house first so i was very grateful that this company was able to accommodate the fact that i was not able to do this. The ceilings look amazing and i no longer worry about health issues with the asbestos abated. They did every single surface including closets and soffits - anywhere there was asbestos is now gone. Chris Giles and Austin Newman from College Station area which is about 90 miles from our home took care of tornado repairs from back in may 2024. I was amazed with the communication and scheduling of services with most of the crews coming from the Houston area. If repairs needed in the near future, will definitely recommend and use again.
