I can not say enough great things about Dr. Marvel and her team! They truly care about our pets and have taken the absolute best care of them! She has never rushed an appt. and always makes sure the girls are thoroughly checked out. We absolutely love Dr. Marvel and her team!
I came here through a friend’s recommendation. My dog was having symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting, so I urgently made an appointment. I was happy that they were able to arrange an appointment for the next day. They were kind to my dog and didn’t rush through the process. Since I’m a foreigner, communication can be difficult, but they chose simple words to help me understand, which I appreciated. I’m definitely willing to use this place again and would recommend it to others. This is why I’m giving them a 5-star review.
Wonderful knowledgable staff who truly care about the well-being of your pet. They take the time to get them comfortable, get to know them, and I never feel rushed. It’s easy to schedule, I just send a text. They alert me of cancellations too so we can be seen sooner. They do everything in home, which is so convenient. They know how to guide nervous pets through appointments. They remember your pet and tailor the appointment to them. 99% of the medications they prescribe they have on hand, your pet gets their medication same day.
