I am so impressed with this Company. Had a water leak and had a horrible experience with another plumbing company that I used for years and I called Benjamin Franklin and Leo came out and fixed the problem. They are honest, fair prices and will get the job done. They are now our new plumbing company now. ?
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an outstanding job. One of my water pipes broke due to the cold freeze and water was spouting like crazy. They were at my house within 30 minutes. They were professional, honest and efficient. Leo was super nice and explained everything. They're going to be my #1 plumbing company from now on. Ty!!
We had two tankless hot water heaters replaced in June. There was a slight leak in the gas line and we called for an opinion as to if it was from the repair or something else. Leo (who had installed the tankless units) came out and did a thorough inspection locating the leak and fixed it. This is a quality plumbing outfit and Leo is a great and knowledgable part of the team. He explained everything as he went through the process and sent pictures with the final invoice (which they covered in its entirety under warranty). I can't say enough about the positive work they have done for us. Highly recommended!Services: Water heater installation
