“I've been going to this 4.0 cuts location for a few months now and have had a great experience every time. If Dee has open slot, grab it! She is very detailed and has an obvious passion for her job as well as an obvious personal integrity to perform her best every time. It was a huge issue for me at other places that the staff seemed more or less apathetic toward their job. With Dee at 4.0 I have a deep trust that I will be taken care of. I also love the atmosphere of the shop at this location. It has a great culture and you can tell everyone at the location has a good cohesion where they work together and get along well which is something I rarely see any where else.

This is not only a great location but I have to shout out to whoever own/manages it because, to me, it is a great example of a small business that models high standards for excellence while also placing an emphasis on maintaining a people driven culture. A true diamond in the rough when considering other options to get a haircut.

I've gone to another salon to get a hair cut on Saturday (the day before) at celebrity spa, this person that claims to be a great stylist had chopped off my hair into different lengths n cuts, I've shown her a picture of what I wanted but she did me dirty. So then I went back to celebrity spa to get this resolved, no help. Well any who I called great clips n told them my situation n when I got there I even showed them what a hot mess I got. Well to the manager stylist, ya she did her thing to fix me up, it may not be what I wanted, but just to say she has back hope to my head. And so to the ladies at GREAT CLIPS, THANK YOU SO MUCH From THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, and I will return back to ya ONLY. and I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
