Laptop suddenly stopped charging on the first day of class and was in a panic. Was recommended here and Avinext was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They ran diagnostics and figured out the problem extremely quickly all while holding good conversation and literally showing and telling us everything they were doing and testing. Gave us a large number of solutions and reccomendations and I walked out same day with a fixed laptop.
