Austin did a great job responding in a timely manner. Our issue was late in the evening on a Friday. Austin came to our house, close to midnight, to assess the damages and install fans. He was back early on Saturday for a more thorough install. Then, their team did the repair work very well, including cleaning up after themselves.

First off, wow! Seldi is incredible, professional, and super sweet. I was a new client, but not new to getting waxed. It had been a long 4 months for me; she was so patient and understanding. She greeted me with a kind heart, introduced herself, and gifted me a new client goodie bag. I have never experienced this before and it was such a nice beginning to finding a new waxing specialist. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable during the entire service. We had great conversations and I learned a lot from her. She has set the tone for excellent customer service and I am here for it honey! Great overall experience.

I started a membership with SoCo after I had surgery on my shoulder and was unable to wash my own hair for a couple of months. I have had a great experience every single time I came in. Most recently, I made an appointment for my mom and I because she was visiting from out of state. Due to plane delays, we were going to miss our appointments. I called and left a message to let the staff know that we wouldn't make it and would love to reschedule if possible, but understood the late notice. The owner called me back personally even though the location was closed because she happened to catch my message and was able to rebook us later in the day. This was way above and beyond and so gracious. Will definitely always recommend y'all!

Don't miss out on the amazing work at Deluxe Nails & Spa Inc! I had my nails done at a different salon and it was awful. I showed up at Deluxe and Peter went above and beyond to make sure my nails were on point! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!
ETA: FYI, the cuticle that's cut/damaged in the pic is from the initial salon that did shoddy work. I came to Deluxe Nails & Spa Inc an hour after leaving the initial salon for a second time of them trying (and failing) to correct the work done.

My sister and I came here to treat ourselves. The place itself is family owned and has such a positive ambiance. The technicians we had were the owner and his brother. I find it hard to relax sometimes and they were super gentle. No rush at all here so I really appreciated that! Overall we felt so welcomed and the technicians took pride in their work. I've been here several times and don't have any complaints. The service is always timely and I have never had to wait. I just get an acrylic manicure occasionally with tips. It has your typical nail salon vibe but they provide a quality service in a timely manner. As someone working full time speed and availability are necessities. I would recommend this place to anyone in town looking for some quick and quality nails.
I got a full set acrylic with chrome on top. They came out beautiful. The service was amazing and Tom was the best. Him and his wife Kim work there and they are lovely people. My hair always feels so soft and her priority is always the health of my hair.
I’ve been going to Brittany and started off with a really dark color-depositing gloss and haircuts, and have began to start going lighter. Her energy is always so awesome and makes me feel so welcome. I met her through getting my hair done here, but I now consider her one of my really close friends. Everyone that works here is so nice and welcoming! Plus, my hair is hard to work with because there’s so much of it and I’ve done so much to it but she always executes what I want perfectly, and maintains its health while doing so. Update: just returned to Jody again today for another eyelash coloring and I had almost ZERO irritation and they look as good as last time! The color personally lasted me well over a month, don't have to wear mascara, and it makes my eyes pop! I'll be continuing to come back :)
I'm late to this review as it was a couple weeks now but I had my eyelashes tinted and the color came out fantastic and it's sticking pretty well! Be wary if you have sensitive eyes like mine, the light and application irritated my eyes a teeny bit so it was some work but all turned out well and the irritation quickly went away!

I have gone to so many different med spas for Botox and filler, and I thought they were all great until I met Clint. He is the owner of CS Salon & Spa Suites 2. I was always hesitant in previous spas to get lip filler. At the end of may I went in to get my inverted libret pierced. I just turned 18 and it was a gift to myself, it was the first time that I had been to a tattoo or piercing by my self,Tj make sure to explain everything to me amazingly. However I did not enjoy the placement of it the first time it was pierced. TJ was very understanding and re-pierce me a couple weeks later completely free of charge

Eric saved the day! Called this plumbing company at 3am when our pipes were backed up and not draining. He showed up at 9am, was able to remove the clog, and helped us understand the real issue which was tree roots. He was personable, got the job done quickly, and answered all of our questions/concerns. Will definitely use them in the future!

Not living near the property we needed repairs made to was very disconcerting! Calling a ton of people, sometimes they show, sometimes not. Mr. Electric came and bid the job on time for our very first meeting with them -- unlike some OTHER companies!
We ended up choosing them to perform the work required and not only were they on time, they were professional, double-checked everything, walked us through the repairs (showing us each receptacle/etc.) and then cleaned up and carted off their debris.

Had an issue with a breaker caused by...well...carelessness with a screwdriver. Called Elite on Tuesday and they said the earliest they could have someone unfortunately wasn't until Thursday. I said that was fine. Got a call Wednesday morning from Joel, one of their electricians saying he had time today and could come over in 15 min! He came, I told him a few other things I wanted looked at. He did as much as he could do before his next appointment and said he would be back the next day. He came the next day and fixed 3-4 of my projects I've been putting off. They were friendly, punctual, and best of all, reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised because I've always heard the stereotype of electricians and plumbers being super expensive, but Elite has my vote 100% anytime I need electrical work done for all the reasons above and more. Chris at Aggieland Contracting is wonderful to work with. We have been working with him since 2020 and he has never been late to an appointment. He has always been punctual with sending out quotes on projects and fixing any changes we had. We like to send Chris any pictures that we have and what we want the project to look like and the finished product always comes out perfect. He has installed skylights in our kitchen and outdoor space in our back yard, made custom made gates and garage for us, installed new fencing, new windows in my wife's office and our kids bathroom, etc!! I could go on but the list is too long. Chris is great at communicating whether it be email or by phone, he will make sure that the customer is always happy with the finished project. We will continue to work with Chris because of his professionalism, workmanship, and his dedication to make customers his number one priority!!
Everyone’s experience is different but for me personally I cannot say enough good things about Stylecraft. I built my first Stylecraft home in 2014 and this year I am moving into my 3rd. Like many spec home builders things can occasionally slip through the cracks so for any future stylecraft homeowners I recommend buying a home inspection if the little onesies and twosies issues are going to throw you into a frenzy. Overall I’ve enjoyed my experience with building and buying homes with stylecraft. They are a company that sticks to their values of “We Care.We Serve. We Improve”. Kris , the technician explained what he was going to do and went about treating the inside and outside perimeter of our house quickly and completely. Mike's has always been there for me. If I call with a problem between quarterlies, they have taken care of that problem. They have been my pest control for 18 yrs and I highly recommend them.
Kind experienced man. Low cost. Quick. I end up having to keep calling him though because stuff keeps finding its way in my house but it's ok it's affordable. Sprays the whole perimeter of the inside and outside of the house. Treated my house for black widow spiders, water roaches outside, tiny tiny gnats, etc. now ants are biting my but on my carpet so I have to call him again. Call him after it rains not before.

Tim came to our house just 30 minutes after we called him. He was very professional and courteous. Tim took the raccoon to his 100-acre wooded property south of College Station to release it. Later Tim returned our Havahart trap and even repaired the faulty handle. This is the company to call if you want to humanely rid yourself of wildlife pests.

As an out-of-state A&M student, I was so lucky to have found Williams Family Dentistry. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the practitioners, their team, and the staff at this clinic. They have helped me from dealing with out of network insurance to answering my many questions in a very timely manner. I will be sad to leave College Station in a few years because finding this amazing of a dentists office is very hard!

What a great place, they are very friendly and do a great job with the kids. You can tell they value getting the kids comfortable with the experience. My daughter started going there at age 2, and they were wonderful in getting her comfortable with the dentist experience. Taking their time, even when we had an appointment where my daughter was resisting. We just rescheduled and tried again. My daughter is 4 now and I am glad she doesn’t have a “fear” of the dentist.

Nothing Short Of A Miracle Worker!
Can’t begin to express my appreciation for the treatment I got from Dr.Sleeman. He worked wonders on a shoulder problem I’ve had for over 10 years that continued to worsen. I was looking at major shoulder surgery and decided to give him a try. Surgery at 70 is not pleasant thought! I am pain free and have enjoyed increased range of motion, grip strength, and movement in my right shoulder, wrist and arm. I can even enjoy casting again! I’m pain free for the first time in 10 years and off all pain meds as of this morning. I am so very appreciative! The staff at this office is also so sweet, professional and supportive. It’s just a joy to see them. I can’t say enough about this practice. In a day where healthcare has gotten so corporate, detached, impersonal and in my case ineffective, this experience was a blessing. What a gift you are to this community.

I cannot recommend Dr. Osborne enough! Dr. Osborne has been so amazing in treating my cat who was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, I really appreciate that she always makes sure to thoroughly address any questions or concerns that I have. She and the technicians always make sure that everything is clearly explained and she talks through every process so you are knowledgeable about what is going on. Every technician I have interacted with have been so kind and helpful. I am so thankful for Dr. Osborne and the amazing technicians who have provided the most outstanding care for my cat!

Me and my bloodhound visited the clinic for the first time the other day. She’s a nervous nelly when I take her to the vet, but they did a great job of making sure she was as comfortable as possible. They did all the right things and my pup is already feeling better after only a couple days. We will be going back in a few weeks for some more shots. I encourage anyone that has to take their pet to the vet, to take them here!

I took 3 of my five dogs to get groomed. I was amazed when I got them back. They smelled and felt amazing, and I was surprised about their breath. Still, their breath was fresh a week later, like when they were puppies. I am delighted with their service and signed up all five for their monthly service. The manager was terrific as well. She was friendly and explained everything in detail. The staff was great as well; my dogs enjoyed their visit.

Russell was my therapist and he w/o a doubt delivered the best massage I’ve ever had. He maintained consistent pressure throughout and made sure to treat all the areas that I mentioned were causing me pain, thoroughly! We hope to have them again in the future. I have gotten massages all over the country and local area. A+ is the best quality massage out of everywhere else I’ve ever been to, including any fancy high-end spa.
Space is clean and quiet. I usually get the hour massage which includes hot stones and towels.
