Guy they send out comes up with a number of excuses why it can’t get done, communication wires get crossed, and one could make a case for either side had it not gotten completed. Last minute reprieve and the master plumber swooped in and got it done in under 30 minutes. Lessons were learned and thank god, a toilet is back in business.“
