We had a home softener, chlorine pump and reverse osmosis system installed at our home. Prior to the installation, Michael came out and explained how everything worked and would be set up. He didn't try to sell us a bunch of unnecessary equipment. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. On the day of installation Michael showed up on time and sent us text message to let us know he was on the way. Upon arrival Michael began the installation. Michael was Straight-Forward and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions, and I got a crash course in Chemistry, no charge. He sensed my anxiety and offered to install on Christmas Eve! Thank you for helping me when you should have been home with your family! I had already contacted another company similar to his, and they insulted my intelligence with their $8,000 to $14000 estimate.

Micheal answered my questions in detail so I could understand more about how the water system works. He wasn’t there to push a water system because I already had one but was help me with it where the company I bought it from there was no support,
