Went in today, and the man rushed my deluxe pedicure. Was literally done in 20 minutes. My polish is uneven, he didn't offer me options the way my friend was offered. My experience was pretty dismal. The only thing that saved the entire experience was the woman doing my friends services. She was wonderful and took her time.

I think I got the deluxe pedicure. It includes sugar scrub, oils, hot towel wrap, paraffin wax and hot rock message. They give a time for the serve which is nice. Sometimes time budgets are tighter than financial ones, so I find that helpful. This pedicure was $55 and 50 minutes, but I think he spent more time than that. I got a basic manicure, nothing fancy but he did a great job.

I recently moved from Houston to Cleveland and by far this is the best nail salon that I have gone to here in Cleveland. The owner was very nice, she took her time with me. I really recommend this place.
