Very professional starting when you walk through the doors. Always friendly . I always receive my glass in a timely fashion. On a scale of one to 10 I give them a ten.

Staff worked to get me and my wife in together. Staff is really friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate our needs. Also worked with us on the most economical route as I needs 2 pair of glasses for regular use and computer use.

I calling today to see if my glasses arrive mind you. I call through video relay service, that term " Hearing Impaired " , is really showing me that people are not yet educated about Deaf. I am pretty sure they did not see Coda either. That show me how much they think of me when I am broken functioning. I don't and I came there to see if they are friendly enough to work with me as Deaf. If you just stop learn from Big Pharmacist and label me as that. I will be much appreciated, not just that also toward to any Deaf people.
