I've posted this review in detail and it immediately drops. Bottom line my system wasn't fixed, I paid 700 dollars and had to provide the tool and labor to complete the job. Very disappointed.
7/22/23 Johnny called and discussed the issues. He is sending George out Mon or Tue to figure ot the problem. From original post Steve was friendly and helpful. Sky was doing what she could from the office. So I've taken the review fron a 2 to a three. Will update again after George's visit.
In all fairness they were really good in past visits and im sure this heat is riding hard on the field techs. Stay tuned.

Both Thomas and Harold were very helpful. They went the extra mile when things did not go as planned. Genuinely cared about the job they were doing. Almost like it was their own system they were working on. Will definitely use them again.Service: Septic system installation
