My rating is due to the management and not the therapists. The therapists are great! However, I have showed up twice for appointments, and there is no one to let the customers or even the therapists in. The first time, I was contacted quickly and offered a free enhancement. It happened again yesterday, and 30 hours later, I still did not hear from them. I called to see how I would be taken care of and was told I was marked as a No Show! I also wish they would eliminate the Covid questionnaire and just ask if you are sick or have a fever. My doctor’s office does not even ask.

Not the best experience. It was my second massage in more than 10 years, and this was given as a Christmas present. I was quoted 130.00 online, and felt fairly confident I was ordering what I wanted. Come appointment time however, my massage therapist was 15 minutes late, and basically just said "what do you want today?" She didnt ask me about my lifestyle or anything to get a sense of how hard I work my body, nor did she ask about injuries or scars I had listed in the pre appt paperwork. Since I didn't know what I was talking about, I didn't know what to answer. I finally got to use my gift that the hubby bought me for Christmas, I just wish I wouldn't have waited this long to use it. I feel amazing after my massage!! My masseuse worked on the exact spots I asked for and massaged out all the tension in my neck..
