“Nothing but good experiences every time I come here. Dr. Maire and Dr. Sang are absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. As a nurse this is my monthly place to visit to help with all of my aches and pains. My son likes to accompany me here and the Dr’s are wonderful with him.“

“Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic is amazing, as my first contact Annie was great. I walked in with a cut on my big toe, that my friends state that it will need stitches, Annie assisted me quickly and assured me they would take good care of me. Dr. Gibson and his Nurse Lisa went over and beyond to comfort me and kept me posted on what was going on. In addition, I needed an x-ray and Jeannie the tech was prompt and courteous. My friends were right, I left the clinic with 3 stitches. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for awesome quality care with a smile.. They care about their patients!!❤️ my friends that took me there were also please with all the staff. Kudos to the Schertz Cibolo Emergency Clinic.“

“Dr. John Brian Lim and his amazing staff are the best. We have been with Health Texas for many years. Whenever we have a problem or an emergency I know we can reach out to Dr. Lim and his staff. Dr. Lim is very hands on doctor. He just doesn't come in and talk for a moment and leave, he actually interacts with his patients and really listens to there needs. “It was fabulous I got something I've never had before and it was the most delicious dish. The chicken manecotte. They are made with crepes instead of those big fat pasta tubes. The sauce reminded me of Birraporetti's tomato basil soup. So delicious!!!“

“I called ahead to see if my insurance was accepted and Miss Jennifer answered the phone. She was very sweet and polite. When I was being signed in the front desk receptionist was kind of off putting and I couldn't hear her because of the masks.I was helped by her very little as she watched me struggle to the front. I saw her help another woman by taking her Identity cards to her but she couldn't have bothered to assist me. She wasn't personable or friendly really. But probably because she was busy. It was just poor timing or situational awareness on her part. Otherwise I would give this med clinic a five star rating.When I was about to be seen Jennifer helped me into being assessed. She was so kind to help me into a wheelchair because I had just rolled my ankle. Her quality of service was amazing. She was so friendly and supportive about listening to my situation as well as answering the phone. Giving me a great triage assessment. The wait wasn't very long. They take Superior insurance and were able to x-ray my ankle. Thankfully I only had a sprain. But almost all of the team was so supportive with helping me to and from the restroom etc . Thank you FastMed team for being so supportive and kind in the process of my healing. I would love to encourage others to visit. This facility is clean, and has plenty of sanitizer, as well as a mask procedure. The wait times are great and they see you irregardless of age from infant to older. As well as normal check up visits I believe within under 2 hours.“

“Every experience I've had with Dr. Rosedale has always been great, willing to work with me on natural treatments, if possible. My adult children see him as well. All staff, with the exception of the extremely rude woman who takes the calls for appointments, are wonderful. It's tough to call in though, because I know the call will not be a pleasant experience, every time.“

“Quick and easy, insurance covered general exam, though the exam itself seemed fairly minimal, but I'm in good health anyway.“

“I have been a patient of Whelmed Schertz location for approximately five years. The front desk office employees have provided exceptional assistance. The last time I was there the desk staff person welcomed me and wanted to remember my name without my providing it. The lab techs were wonderful and always on time no waiting. Every doctor I have seen were the best including the following...Dr. Lim, Dr. Aung, Dr. Guzman as well as PA Brady Harrison. I have never had to wait.....the office is emacuatly clean and such a good experience I look forward to labs and doctor visit next month. Please accept my 5 Star review gladly given.“

“I’m sorry to have seen such low reviews for this office. I personally had such a good first experience. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming. My physician was great. She validated my concerns and we came up with a plan together. The lab technician was also very kind and efficient. Overall, I’m looking forward to returning for future visits.“

“Absolutely LOVE Dr. Kellum. We have been patients for near 18 yrs now. We have been through the opening and closing of clinics, longer distance drives and at times waiting less than five minutes to waiting extended periods of time. Would we change providers? Absolutely NOT. When you have a great PCP-one who takes his time with patients, really listening to them and understanding them- that is priceless. Not everyday is perfect a day no matter where you go.“

“December 2021 update-My oldest daughter is seen here by Dr Hannah Gurgis. The delays aren't an issue anymore. I commend the professional nature of the staff. I have been there on 2 occasions that a patient was in crisis and the staff quickly got EMS there to get them help quickly. The office is only a few blocks from our house so no traffic problems or need to be there too early. They do temp checks before you enter or get checked in. Dr Gurgis is personable and helpful to my daughter and myself. She and the staff make sure to explain what is happening and how to help with her diabetes. I rated low before but I change my rating to reflect the better practices in place. It's so nice to have a clinic in Converse so close to home.December 2020-Appt after appt they want you there early and make you wait another 2 hours. Family 1st was ok before but they are horrible now. They don't take walk in's so there isn't a reason for the delay.I'll add some stars when they start taking patients and get them in a good spot with their issues.For now I will vent here so others see it and know what's in store. Pictures dipict the patient not getting her care needed. I'll take more of place when they do their job first.“
