They are trustworthy and communicate effectively.<br><br>After hurricane Beryl ripped through Houston, I needed my roof replaced, my faux shutters replaced, a section of fence replaced, and a gutter down spout replaced. Of all of the companies that I contacted regarding this work, Lower Bids Roofing returned my message right away. I was hoping to locate a company that could complete all of the necessary repairs, and Lower Bids Roofing confirmed that they could. We arranged a time for David Wurts, the owner, to come out and provide me a bid on the complete job. David arrived on time and was very personable and courteous. He reviews the required work and committed to get me a bid in the next day.<br><br>Their bid was superior to other bids that I had received. It encompassed everything that I was looking for, including high quality materials. I contacted the company to verify the they were fully insured and I was promptly provided proof that they are. I accepted the bid and we arranged a date and time for the work to begin. They worked with my schedule to get the work completed prior to my dog having surgery as I didn’t want to put additional stress on my dog post surgery.<br><br>The workers arrived on time (6:30 am) and immediately began working. They worked throughout the morning until close to noon and then to took a break for a few hours during the peak hours of the day. Around 2:00 pm, they went back to work and worked the rest of the day until it got dark. The crew communicated with me throughout the process and answered all of my questions. As the daylight wound down, the foreman explained that they would wrap up for the day and would return the following morning.<br><br>The following day, the crew arrived on time. They again went right to work and completed the roof that day. As one would expect, during construction things were a mess. Once completed though, the crew cleaned up completely. I knew that they were conscientious, as prior to beginning work the crew had laid out tarp over all of my landscaping under the roofline and placed screened material over my air conditioning units. After completing the work, the crew thoroughly cleaned up, utilized a magnetic over my lawn and driveway, and blew my drive way clean.<br><br>The roof looks great and I am very happy with the work and warranty.<br><br>Afterwards, a carpenter came out and put up new cedar fencing. The broken posts were dug out, new posts were set and set in concrete. They matched my existing fence perfectly and it looks great.<br><br>Additionally, the gutter downspout was replaced and the new shutters were attached. Once completed, the company came back out to get all of the debris and clean up the worksite.<br><br>Regularly throughout the process I was asked if I was happy with the work and they made sure that I was completely satisfied. The entire staff at Lower Bids Roofing and Remodeling is amazing. They are all extremely courteous and pleasant to work with and are very responsive. This process could have been much more stressful, but Low Bids Roofing made sure to limit my stress.<br><br>I highly recommend this company and will make sure that all of my friends and neighbors have their information.
