I called her from Portland, OR on Saturday and asked for some flowers to be sent on Sunday for a funeral event in Pasadena. Alejandra was patiently listing to my requests and made some suggestions as well. Remember that they are NOT Open on Sundays, but she did helped us and delivered it on a Sunday.
