Great customer service. Gave me information over the phone that no one else had bothered to mention. Because of that, I did not need to bring the computer into him, but in the future, I would definitely use him. He even called back later to make sure I had resolved my problem.
Dude was helping me out troubleshooting my PC online without me bringing the PC over. And give me his recommendation on what to do on my brand-new PC. Imma give him the recognition he deserved ? Thanks for your help, really appreciate it.
Dj has been doing my computer repairs for the last 6 years , he is awesome ,he is very reasonable with prices, he has an home based business and cares for his grandmother full time ,so this is why he gets my business, cause he has a huge heart to help, even when I don't habe the money some times, he helps me out .thanks Dj for being a good person.
