We were dealing with Kim Goodman...what a joke! We were in the process of purchasing a home...she said the papers for us to sign were emailed to us...they weren't there. She has been ghosting us and this is the second time she's done this. Not professional at all..maybe she needs to find a "new job".

Kim & Tammy were wonderful to work with!! They were extremely patient & so kind to us. We had a lot of fun working with them too!! They really helped guide us, on our real estate journey. I definitely recommend Steptoe Realty!! :)

I sent a text to this woman asking if one of their listing homes was a flag lot to save my realtor a little time. We are not interested in a flag lot. This is the directly copy and pasted rant , she texted me a couple hours later."I'm sorry but I will not send the disclosures to your realtor that you failed to mention, you are not supposed to do that when you have an offer on another home and your realtor is supposed to contact me...I'm sorry but that goes against my ethics and our TREC ethics....you should have said in the beginning who your realtor was and I would have explained everything to her...I'm not supposed to even talk to you if you have another realtor..,it's against our rules...so you could potentially get her and I in trouble...I been doing this 35 years and I abide by ethics and laws, this is our job and lively hood, just like you have or has your job...hope you understand but I will not give her the info and I will speak to my seller to let them know the situation! ????"I ONLY asked if the house was a flag lot! She said it was not and I thanked her for her time. I hope her seller does not mind her driving away a CASH BUYER!!! My wife and I were going to see it the next day, WITH CASH!!! To bad for their seller. I guess they will have to wait for another buyer. VERY BAD REALTOR, in my humble opinion....
