** is one of the most honest and hard working individuals I've ever met. He has from the start been open with us about our camper, what it needed and how much it was going to cost. When I got my trailer it needed an ** unit so I took it there after other trailer owners recommended him. He put one in and recommended other improvements all that have been done by him. No problems. The ** unit came from the factory with loose wire so when I got it where I was going the ** worked but the heater didn't. My first solo trip in my camper and a fluke cold front moved in and it was 46 degrees inside my trailer when I woke up. Brrrrrrr. I called him, as the heater was not getting hot.....He drove three hours to come and try and fix it onsite. He could not and ordered me a new unit immediately. He fixed it. No charge. He has mentored me as a new camper owner and helped me upgrade my camper to make it easier from me and convenient. I only have nice things to say about **, his work and his work ethic. I will be using him as long as he is still doing it. I recommend you do too!
