“I have been here three times and have been very pleased. I saw Dr Gustovich last week over a situation that was very stressful for me and I was very satisfied with how well she handled it. Dr Gustovich was very thorough, she asked many questions, she took her time explaining things, providing advice, and she gave me a diagnosis and a plan to start immediately, and told me what to expect over time. I started crying during my visit (just due to my situation) and she was very understanding and compassionate, as was her assistant. Dr Gustovich actually sent me for a second opinion with another Dr and sent a referral so I could get in as quickly as possible. I saw the other Dr which confirmed what Dr Gustovich had discussed with me. I felt better after both of these appointments.
I also went in to see Terra later in the week for a treatment and she was very sweet, she explained everything she was doing step by step and made me feel very comfortable. She had already answered a few questions of mine via email and told me up front what the pricing would be. I was very happy with Terra and the whole treatment. Sometimes our dermatological issues can be very stressful and traumatic, I felt like Dr Gustovich was genuinely interested in helping me find the best solutions and the best plan for me. I felt like her assistant was also helpful in writing things down for me and trying to make me feel better about being upset. I felt like my experience with Terra was great. The girl at the check in/check out was very pleasant, helpful and quick. It was a big win to have things go well both visits last week and I was happy to have some answers and a plan. I am hoping for continued success and I would definitely recommend Magnolia Dermatology.“
