“Okay I had several issues that more than one company refused to fix because mine was air duct related and HVAC related and it was very time-consuming and I was told my attic was abnormally small so it was inconvenient to get the air duct fixed and they just didn't feel comfortable doing the work. Chris was called out to give an assessment and came up with the game plan and had his guys out here in two days . Now let me tell you I've had the worst time with my unit and my air ducts not blowing cold air somewhere blowing too cold and Eric and Eric came out.. Eric is the lead tech and tell you his professionalism is unmatched his knowledge and his field is commendable. He knows his stuff and he's damn good at it.. The job took less than eight hours for everything to be fixed same day. My house is fixed and I'm so grateful because this summer would have been miserable. I'm so blessed.!!
