It was both friendly and professional.I appreciated the friendliness of the gal at the front desk. She greeted me and helped me out with my insurance forms that should have been done beforehand ?she was friendly and polite and unannoyed. Lol
Very polite and courteous when arriving for appointment. I was called back on time for my 11:15 appointment and the staff was very attentive, personable and professional to adhere to my needs and more.
I have been dreading going to the dermatologist and haven’t been in over 6 years. I am so thankful to have been referred to Tricia and her team! From the amazing receptionists, to the awesome PA, Trish, to the amazing, friendly and knowledgeable dermatologist, Tricia…. 5 stars all around! Thank you for an amazing visit, Vitalogy!
