The staff, especially Christen, was so courteous and helpful. It was easy to find the frames within my plan allowance and budget. I didn't feel pressured to add on a million different options and spend more money. Christen was also able to help at explain my insurance , price out everything and measure me without handing me off to 3 different people. They saved me from multiple visits and time.

They were very helpful, both in helping me pick out frames, and getting me the best deal considering what my insurance would cover. Also, when I didn't like one of the two pairs of glasses that I got, exchanging it for another pair was very easy.

The employees were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy what they do for a living. The store was clean, polished and comfortable. We will be going back yearly for all our family’s needs.
