Very responsive, and listened to my issues with rats in the attic. They came out same day and set traps, and successfully removed the rats over the next 2 visits. Then they blocked all potential entrances to my attic - excluders and exclusion with wire mesh and excluder caulk. I recommend Triple L to anyone who has a pest problem, they are great! Special thanks to Travis for going up into my attic during a heatwave - what a hero.
