My laptop was dead first thing in the moring, and wouldnt take a charge. I cant work without it, I was in a bad spot. S & S came through!! We dropped it off first thing and they had it back working like a charm before lunch! They even ran an extra diagnostic and cleaned it up. Feels good to know I found a reliable IT company.

My laptop was having a stroke - one that I had been trying to fix for daaayyys. My mouse was moving all over the place, windows/apps opening & minimizing on their own, bubbles on my screens - it was a hot mess. I had tried reinstalling windows, updating my graphics drivers, uninstalling unused apps, rebooting a thousand times - I even tried smudging the thing & nothing was working. Within 30 seconds of telling Shawn what was going on, he said, "Oh yeah, I know exactly what's wrong. Bring it in & we'll fix it." Bam! 20 minutes later, it's like nothing ever happened. Both Sean's were so kind and supportive! They helped me so much and were quick to figure out my problem with my gaming pc. I appreciate their hard work and knowledge!! I would suggest their work to anyone!!!
