I recently had the pleasure of visiting Parmer Lane Pet Hospital and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel like my pet and I were in good hands. Everyone took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examine my pet, explaining everything along the way. Their compassion and expertise were evident throughout the visit, and I left feeling confident in the care my pet had received.
Dr. Cox and the staff @ PLPH are wonderful! They got my guinea pig in quickly for an important matter and even called me back to see if I wanted to bring him in earlier! They were prompt (no waiting!) and even have Saturday hours.
Dr. Cox is kind and gentle and has immense knowledge of small animals. She fully examined my boy and went above and beyond for us. She truly cares ahd it shows.
Even after one visit, I fully trust her.
We will definitely be back!
Recently brought my new puppy Margot for her first wellness check and I was very impressed with the office, staff, and veterinarian. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. I look forward to bringing her back for her vaccine series!!
