We have been working with Mint Commercial Cleaning and Carlos, at our medical offices for over five years. We have always been very pleased with this group, but last night they went above and beyond. One of our offices had a plumbing issue in the evening during Mint's cleaning rotation. Not only did they notify us immediately so we could take measures to prevent damage to our office, but they also cleaned so well that we had to actively CONVINCE the maintenance team there was an issue. I have recently contracted Mint to manage 6 of my properties. Due to Covid, I have to ensure that all of my properties are cleaned frequently for the safety of my customers. Mint has delivered and even came out during unscheduled days and nights that were unplanned for deep cleanings due to emergencies on my end. I did not mind the extra costs for the unplanned visits as each visit was worth it! Total lifesaver.
