I am unsure what has occurred, but with regards to taking pics of diverse groups, Lifetouch gets a zero. Our daughters’ beautiful dark complexion makes them non existent in the photos. When I called about her individual pics I was told I could pay for touch ups— it’s her skin color and your lighting/photographers should be able to adjust to catch natural skin tone (catch up to eras). Today we received youngest daughter class pic and I’m so sad that she cannot be seen (alongside several peers) since the lighting was so poor. This is just disgraceful and your team/company should be ashamed.

These people do the school photos at West View Middle… Never received our paid for photos from last year after talking the them multiple times and now they’re asking us to repay again when we already paid this year… this company is either a scam or 100% disorganized. :-;

This company is terrible. The class photo taken at my kid's school was very late in delivery and when we finally did receive it the photo was poorly cropped. There was an excess of unnecessary border that showed the floor and ceiling. If it was cropped correctly the students images would have been larger which would have been much better. Really poor photography, really poor quality control. The real glaring mistake was LifeTouch misspelled twelfth grade! They put Twelveth grade. I guess LiveTouch needs to go back to school and finish the twelfth grade. My kid's school will not be using them. Do not use this company.
