Julia was awesome! She was very helpful and patient. I lost my glasses. Julia was able to save the day by providing with glasses on the same day. I was so thankful I did not have to drive at night without my glasses. Thank you, Julia.

I went to the Whitestone location to fix 2 pairs of prescription glasses I purchased at a different location the previous day. I walked in a not so pleased client due to visual issues with my new lense (which he was able to resolve). Although the original location was nice, the service didn't compare. Logan Hembrough approached me while I was trying on other pairs. My initial thought was that I didn't want help, but Logan was very professional, confident, knowledgeable, and super sweet. I went to the store to have my crooked eye glasses fixed. Terry was very experienced in doing the job. She also tightened and cleaned my glasses. Her smile and pleasant attitude made me feel welcomed. I definitely will recommend my friends to come to this store.
