My usual beautician has not been able to fit me in. I drive by this place often and decided to give them a call to see if they had anyone who was familiar and willing to work with my African American hair. I was able to get right in. I was blessed to be able to work with Wendi who jumped right in and did exactly what I asked her to do. She was warm and welcoming and very gentle. I love the scalp and neck massage at the shampoo bowl and how well she did with my hair and making sure it was what I wanted before I left. Arianna did an AWESOME job! I came in only expecting a simple but relaxing cut, and I left with an actual style that I’m super fond of. I don’t usually use products or take good care of my hair but I feel like this place could change that. They’re super calm and responsive to your wants and needs.
What a great boutique! I love many of the styles and they fit well. Cute accessories too. I placed an order online & picked up in store- they had it ready lightening fast! Their customer service was excellent too. I ran into a technical issue when checking out and Wendy worked to resolve my concern quickly. Will shop here frequently! Highly recommend!
