Unempathetic, unkind, impatient and amateur photographer.
He is supposed to be handling families with kids but he couldn't stand even a second of noise.

Our session was supposed to be an hour; 15mins of which were in the camera room. he was unprepared, didn't allow us to change poses. with the kids as well, we were trying hard to make her smile, and he wouldn't click at those points. He borderline didn't care a damn about anyone or anything. We were paying 100's of dollars for this and it wasnt even worth a penny. The JC Penney Portrait studio at the Lakeline Mall used to offer decent pictures and services at affordable prices. Apparently, in the recent past, the studio transferred ownership and some of the best and most experienced photographers who helped run this shop left. Now, the studio is understaffed, has underqualified photographers, is frequently running very, very late with appointment times, and is much less concerned about customer satisfaction. They really don't seem to care now. After taking my family here for almost 15 years, we are looking elsewhere.

I've been to other JCP Portraits outside the state as well, and my experience has not been this bad .
Firstly, my appointment was cancelled twice, once with a notice at least, the second time without any notice; it's only when I kept calling to check and confirm, did they tell me that they won't be able to do it on the booked date.
Next, the photographer who worked with us when we finally got a date, was a beginner level to say the least. Despite letting them know we are taking family photos with an infant and a toddler, there was zero preparation to handle them.
