My first visit here, took a wool jacket in for a torn pocket. The completed work was executed perfectly and professionally. In addition my order was completed earlier than scheduled. Thank you, I'll be returning in the future.

Okay, I have been using this cleaners for approximately 8 years now. And the lady that was there before was so nice. She knew me she always made it a point to have my things. As I drove up, she was very aware of her clients and her customers. I go in there now the ladies on her phone. She gives me bad attitude. She's not happy, she's never smiling. I even tried tipping her to make this better. I don't know what you have to do to make your customer service better. But I definitely like the other lady better. You really need to do something about her.

I was using this dry cleaner service to clean the blanket. It ended off full of clothing spools with long black hair (our family is with a short blond one). I had to remove spools by hand, spending an enormous amount of time.I don't know how it is possible to do such a bad job. The blanket wasn't dirty. It was an annual cleaning, so I am giving 2 starts because I suppose it was cleaned. The cost of the blanket is $200+. The cleaning cost is $47+.
