Tyler arrived promptly this morning and was very professional. Knowledgeable too about printers and computers. Solved an issue where I wasn't getting sound into my HDMI home theater system. The guy is a credit to The Geek Squad!!

I had my dash cam installed here by Nick, he did an amazing job and finished 30 minutes early. he was realistic and talked me through everything I needed to know, definitely recommend geek squad for installation of dash cameras.

I purchased as an unintentional "bait and switch", but I decided not to give Best Buy a hard time about it. Sometimes I've received good service and other times I find it very difficult to get good or timely help and I have not used the service in many months (mostly because it is hard to get through the call queue). Just recently another $200 charge for the Geek Squad service appeared on my card as part of the automatic renewal.... Guess I'll give them another year to impress me and perhaps I'll change my rating (giving 3 stars at this time).
