“Honestly, never thought I would say this ... but, that was the MOST enjoyable cleaning I've ever had! The entire staff at Aviva is extremely professional and personable. They use modern equipment to clean teeth versus the old school way of just scrapping (I hate that sound). The dentist (Dr. A) is extremely present and takes care and time to talk to you. I cannot recommend this place enough. So glad I switched over. Also, the office feels homey, inviting, and cozy ... not at all like a dentist's office. Best experience!!!“

“From the perspective of dental care everything was great. Team entry desk, dental technicians and dentist, just wonderful. Would have been a 5 star if not for the overkill of confirming the appointment. First an email to confirm which I did ASAP. Then a text asking for the same confirmation which I confirmed again the same day. Then as the appointment got closer another email and then another text. Then the day before the appointment a call requesting verbal confirmation which I did not do due to the aggravation. Then yet another text requesting confirmation later the same day which I confirmed for a 3rd time via their self-help bot on the phone. When I confirn once that should be sufficient and i should not receive other requests. If I don't show up then that's on me and I'm responsible for any consequences.“
