This place has been a life saver! THANK YOU RAYMOND for such great service. I had originally brought in an old locked Samsung to get jailbroken bc my carrier kept it locked, and unfortunately, they weren't able to unlock it bc it was an old 4g phone but Raymond's patience was phenomenal. He explained the protocol and reasons why my old cell was not able to be unlocked, so then I decided to repair my recent broken S20 Ultra. Raymond replaced my front and back cover since they were broken and my phone is literally brand new. Amazing customer service and repair time was fast and efficient.
